Luxury Chauffeur Fleet NYC — Sedans, SUVs & Vans

Eight vehicle classes, one standard of upkeep and chauffeur. Whether you are booking a single executive into a morning meeting, moving a family and their luggage, or shuttling a wedding party, the right choice usually comes down to two questions: how many people, and how many bags. This page walks through both for luxury car service across NYC and the Tri-State area. Book your preferred vehicle →

Start with passengers, then luggage. Seat count is the easy part; luggage is what catches people out. A sedan comfortably carries three passengers, but its boot is the limit — two full-size cases. If everyone is flying with a checked bag each, step up to an SUV rather than assuming the boot will stretch. Sports equipment, instruments, a pram or a garment bag all count as a case for planning purposes.

Then match the journey. A short hop across Midtown asks less of a vehicle than a long run out to the airport with the whole family. For airport transfers the honest test is whether luggage and passengers fit at the same time — the most common upgrade we suggest is sedan to SUV for exactly that reason. For a day of appointments where the car waits between stops, see hourly chauffeur service; for a single assigned driver over a sustained itinerary, executive chauffeur service.

Quick guide. One to three passengers travelling light — Executive Sedan or Premium Sedan. A family, or three-plus passengers with real luggage — Luxury SUV or Premium SUV. Six or more travelling together — Sprinter Van. A wedding party, conference group or guest shuttle — Coach. A celebration where the vehicle is part of the occasion — Limousine or Exotic Sedan. Companies booking across departments can standardise all of it on one account through corporate travel, and hotels arranging cars for guests through hotel and VIP car service.

Unsure which class fits? Tell us the passenger count, the bags and the route when you request a booking or contact our team, and we will recommend the vehicle rather than leave you guessing.

Executive Sedan

Cadillac XTS / XT6 or similar • Business Class

The everyday workhorse of business travel, and the class most bookings start in. Best for one to three passengers travelling light — a solo executive, a pair heading to a meeting, or a couple on an airport run to JFK, LGA or Newark. Leather seating, a quiet cabin you can take a call in, Wi-Fi and water on board. Two full-size cases is the practical luggage limit; with more than that, take the SUV. Ideal for private airport transfers and business travel.

Luxury SUV

Chevrolet Suburban / GMC Yukon or similar • Family & Group Comfort

The sensible answer whenever luggage is the deciding factor. Third-row seating and a deep boot make it the natural choice for families, holiday departures and group airport runs where a sedan would leave bags behind. Passengers sit high and upright with charging ports throughout, and child seats can be fitted on request — worth flagging when you book so the seat is ready on arrival. Well suited to Long Island journeys, families and passengers with additional luggage.

5-6 Passengers 5 Luggage Child Seat Ready Charging Ports

Premium SUV

Cadillac Escalade or similar • Flagship Luxury

The SUV to book when the arrival matters as much as the journey. Same practical space as the Suburban, with a noticeably more finished cabin — massage seating, AKG audio and rear entertainment — which makes it the usual pick for visiting clients, corporate travel and evening events. Suits a group of five who want room to spread out rather than the maximum possible seat count.

5 Passengers 5 Luggage Refreshments Rear Entertainment

Premium Sedan

Mercedes-Benz S580 or similar • The Chauffeur's Choice

Our flagship sedan, and the quietest cabin in the fleet. Rear legroom is the point: heated and ventilated massage seats, Burmester audio and privacy glass make it the class to book when the passenger needs to arrive composed, or work undisturbed on the way. Ideal for one or two passengers on executive travel, hotel arrivals and senior client collection. Luggage capacity matches the Executive Sedan, so plan bags accordingly.

Sprinter Van

Mercedes Sprinter or similar • Tailored Group Travel

Where a group travels together rather than splitting across cars. Configurations run from a seven-seat Jet layout with generous space per passenger up to fifteen seats for a full party, so the same class covers a corporate shuttle, a wedding party and an airport group transfer. Everyone stays in one conversation, and there is proper luggage room alongside the seating — tell us the passenger and bag count and we will confirm the configuration. Recommended for group airport transfers and Long Island events.

Coaches & Buses

Executive Motorcoach • Large Group Transport

For movements too large for vans: conference delegates, wedding guest shuttles, corporate retreats and stadium groups. Reclining seats, an onboard restroom, Wi-Fi and power outlets make longer runs comfortable, and luggage travels in the bays below rather than on laps. Available in 36 and 56 passenger sizes — for repeat or multi-vehicle movements it is worth talking the schedule through with us first.

Restroom Fleet Wi-Fi Power Outlets

Limousine

Stretch Limo • Iconic Celebrations

Booked when the car is part of the occasion rather than a way of getting there. Weddings, proms, milestone birthdays and nights out, with a bar, mood lighting and Bluetooth audio in the cabin and a professional chauffeur handling the timings outside it. Stretch options seat from eight up to twenty — note that luggage space stays modest as seating grows, so it suits celebrations rather than airport runs.

Exotic SedanULTRA LUXURY

Rolls-Royce Phantom / Bentley Flying Spur or similar

The most requested vehicle for a single, deliberate moment — a wedding arrival, an anniversary, a landmark celebration. Handcrafted cabin, lambswool mats, starlight headliner and near-silence at speed, with a bespoke umbrella and champagne flutes on board. Seats three with sedan-sized luggage space, so it is chosen for the entrance rather than the airport shuttle. Availability is limited, so book this class as early as you can.

Choosing a Vehicle — Common Questions

How do I choose the right vehicle?
Count the passengers, then count the bags, then look at the route. Luggage is the usual deciding factor — three passengers fit a sedan comfortably, but three passengers with three checked cases do not. If you tell us all three when booking, we will recommend the class rather than leaving it to guesswork.
Which vehicle is best for airport transfers?
An Executive Sedan handles one to three passengers travelling light. Once everyone has a checked bag, or you are four or more, move to a Luxury SUV. Groups are better served by a Sprinter Van. Route detail for each airport is on our JFK, LGA and Newark pages.
Which class carries the most luggage?
Among the SUVs, the Luxury SUV and Premium SUV both carry five cases alongside five passengers. For anything beyond that — a group with a bag each, sports equipment or event kit — a Sprinter Van is the right call, since luggage rides alongside the seating rather than competing with it.
What is the difference between a sedan and an SUV?
A sedan is lower, quieter and the more discreet arrival; an SUV sits higher, seats more and takes considerably more luggage. For one or two passengers travelling light the sedan is usually the nicer ride. For families, groups or anyone with real bags, the SUV is the practical choice.
Can I choose a specific vehicle class when I book?
Yes. Name the class you want when you request your booking and it is assigned to your reservation. For the Exotic Sedan and Limousine classes we recommend booking well ahead, as availability is more limited than the sedans and SUVs.
Which vehicles suit families travelling with children?
The Luxury SUV is the usual choice — third-row seating, boot space for the holiday luggage and room for a child seat, which can be fitted if you tell us in advance. For larger family groups travelling together, a Sprinter Van keeps everyone in one vehicle.
Is the same standard of chauffeur provided across every class?
Yes. Every class is driven by a vetted, commercially licensed professional chauffeur, and every vehicle is maintained and cleaned to the same standard. The difference between classes is space, comfort and occasion — not the person driving.
Can I request a quote for a specific vehicle?
Yes. Send us the date, route, passenger count, luggage and the class you have in mind through our contact page, and we will come back with pricing. Companies booking regularly can arrange this on account via corporate travel.
