US Open Car Service
The tournament runs for three weeks at Flushing Meadows, and the roads around Corona Park behave differently for every session. We have a dedicated page covering dates, drop-off, waiting and group vehicles.
Major New York Events
Select a category to see the events and venues we regularly drive to. Every one of them shares the same problem: getting in is manageable, getting out is not. That is the part we plan for.
Event Transport Is Not a Normal Ride
Twenty thousand people leaving one building at the same time breaks every assumption a ride-hailing app makes. Surge pricing arrives exactly when supply disappears, pickup pins drift to the wrong side of a closed street, and the walk to find your car is the worst part of the evening.
A chauffeured booking works the other way round. The car is assigned before you leave home, the chauffeur knows which closures apply that night, and the pickup point is agreed while you are still inside.
Fare Fixed in Advance
Your fare is confirmed before you travel. No surge when the arena empties.
Closures Planned For
Parade routes, frozen zones and stadium traffic plans are worked out before the day, not discovered on it.
One Chauffeur, All Evening
Book hourly and the same car and driver stay with you across every stop.
Event Transport Questions
Which New York events do you cover?
Every major category in the city: sporting events including the US Open, the New York City Marathon and games at Madison Square Garden, Yankee Stadium, Citi Field, Barclays Center and MetLife Stadium; arena and theatre performances; parades and seasonal events; fashion, museum and cultural evenings; business conferences; and private celebrations such as weddings and galas.
How do you handle road closures and parade routes?
Closures are planned for in advance rather than discovered on the day. We agree a pickup and drop-off point clear of the barricades and route around the affected streets, which is why we ask which event and session you are attending when you book.
What happens if the event finishes late?
Tell us the event rather than a fixed time and we plan the return around it. Matches, concerts and performances rarely end exactly when scheduled, and the return is arranged so a late finish does not leave you waiting.
Can the chauffeur wait during the event?
Yes. Book by the hour and the car and chauffeur stay with you for the evening, which suits multi-stop nights. Alternatively we can release the car and return for a scheduled pickup.
How large a group can you move?
Up to three in an executive sedan, six in a luxury SUV and fourteen in a Mercedes Sprinter, with minibuses and coaches available for parties up to fifty-six. Larger groups can also be covered by running several vehicles on one reservation.
Do you pick up from hotels and airports for events?
Yes. Hotel pickups are the most common event journey we run, and we collect from JFK, LaGuardia and Newark with flight monitoring for guests flying in for an event.
How far in advance should I book an event transfer?
As early as possible for the busiest dates — US Open finals weekend, New Year’s Eve, marathon Sunday and Thanksgiving. Booking ahead secures the vehicle class you want rather than whatever remains.
Is the price fixed before the event?
Enter your journey and you will see the fare before you commit. Some vehicles and longer itineraries are quoted rather than priced instantly, in which case our reservations team confirms the figure with you.

USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, Flushing Meadows. Day and evening sessions, with late finishes on finals weekend. Full US Open page.
Full US Open page →TCS New York City Marathon
Sunday 1 November 2026
The 50th running, across all five boroughs. Widespread road closures mean pickup points move — we plan around the course, not through it.
Madison Square Garden
Season-long
Knicks and Rangers home games plus major boxing and events. Midtown arrival and a pre-arranged return away from the Penn Station crush.
Yankee Stadium
Apr – Oct
The Bronx. Door-to-door from Manhattan, Westchester and Long Island, with a chauffeur waiting rather than a scramble for a car after the ninth.
Citi Field
Apr – Oct
Mets home games in Queens, next door to the tennis center. The same Corona Park approach roads and the same post-game exit problem.
MetLife Stadium
Season-long
Giants, Jets and stadium concerts in East Rutherford, New Jersey. A cross-Hudson run where leaving on time matters more than anything.
Barclays Center
Season-long
Nets basketball, concerts and championship events in Downtown Brooklyn. Straightforward to reach, congested to leave.
Golf & Country Clubs
Year-round
Tournaments and club days across Westchester, Long Island and New Jersey, with room for clubs and luggage.
Belmont & Aqueduct
Race days
Race meetings on Long Island and in Queens. Group vehicles for parties travelling together for the day.
Concerts & Nightlife
Madison Square Garden
Year-round
The city’s biggest arena shows. Dropped at the door and collected away from the worst of the Midtown exit traffic.
Barclays Center
Year-round
Brooklyn arena concerts and comedy. Late finishes are the norm, so the return is planned rather than hailed.
Radio City Music Hall
Year-round · Christmas Spectacular
Rockefeller Center shows, and the busiest stretch of the year in December when Midtown is at its most congested.
Broadway
Year-round
Theatre District curtain times are unforgiving. We build the journey backwards from the curtain, not forwards from your door.
Lincoln Center
Season-long
Opera, ballet and philharmonic evenings on the Upper West Side, with a car waiting when the performance ends.
Nightlife & Private Clubs
Year-round
Evenings across the Meatpacking District, SoHo and Midtown. See night out transportation.

Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade
Thursday 26 November 2026
The 100th parade. Central Park West and Sixth Avenue close for the route, so pickup points are agreed in advance rather than on the day.
New Year’s Eve, Times Square
31 December
The single hardest night of the year to move around Midtown. Frozen zones and closures start early, so timing is everything.
St. Patrick’s Day Parade
17 March
Fifth Avenue closes for much of the day. We work the cross-streets and set down clear of the barricades.
Rockefeller Tree & Holiday Season
Late Nov – early Jan
Tree lighting and the weeks that follow, when Midtown pedestrian traffic makes a private car the practical option.
Fourth of July
4 July
Fireworks viewing along the waterfront, with road closures on both the Manhattan and Brooklyn sides.
Borough Parades & Festivals
Year-round
Cultural parades and street festivals across the five boroughs, each with its own closure pattern.
Fashion & Culture
New York Fashion Week
February & September
Shows run across multiple venues on a tight schedule. Hourly booking keeps the same car and chauffeur with you all day between locations.
Met Gala & Museum Galas
Spring
Fifth Avenue benefit evenings with controlled arrivals and long waits. Discretion and punctuality matter more than speed.
Tribeca Festival
June
Screenings and premieres across Lower Manhattan venues, often several in one evening.
Art Fairs & Auctions
Spring & autumn
Armory Show week, gallery openings and the major auction houses, where arrival times are fixed and parking is not an option.
Awards & Premieres
Year-round
Red-carpet arrivals where the car is part of the moment and the waiting is managed off-site.
City Tours & Landmarks
Year-round
Visiting guests combining an event with the city itself. See city tours.
