EWR Terminal Overview
Newark Liberty has three main terminals: A, B, and C. All terminals allow curbside pickup for pre-arranged black car services. AirTrain connects all terminals to parking and rental car facilities.
TLC & Newark Regulations
NYC TLC-plated vehicles ARE permitted at EWR (unlike JFK T5 restrictions). All Velora vehicles have proper NJ and NY commercial credentials for seamless access.
EWR Cell Phone Lot
Free waiting area off Brewster Road. Chauffeurs wait here until passengers claim luggage.

Landing at Newark. Your chauffeur follows the inbound flight and holds at the Cell Phone Lot off Brewster Road, moving to the terminal only once you are on the ground and collecting bags. Because Terminal B handles most international arrivals, passengers clearing US Customs there get 90 minutes of complimentary waiting against the 60 minutes applied to domestic arrivals into Terminals A and C. You are met at baggage claim with a name sign, your luggage is taken care of, and you leave from the arrivals curb rather than joining a ground-transport queue.
Flying out of Newark. For departures we collect from a Midtown office, a Downtown hotel, a residence anywhere in Manhattan or an address across New Jersey, then set you down at the departures level of the correct terminal. Terminal assignment is worth confirming at EWR: United runs its hub out of Terminal C, most long-haul international carriers work from Terminal B, and Terminal A takes the bulk of the remaining domestic traffic.
The crossing is what makes Newark different. Unlike a run out to Queens, an EWR transfer means leaving the state — the Holland Tunnel, the Lincoln Tunnel or the George Washington Bridge, with tolls that sit well above a bridge crossing to the other airports. Which of the three actually works depends on the hour, the direction and what is happening on the approach roads that day. A chauffeur who drives this route regularly makes that call before you are stuck in it, which is the practical difference between a car booked in advance and one hailed on the spot.
Why business travellers reserve a chauffeur. The rate is agreed when you book, so a backed-up tunnel or a spike in demand does not change what you pay. Velora holds both New York TLC and New Jersey commercial credentials, so the same company can run the leg in either direction — something a cross-state trip does not always guarantee. You get an assigned professional in an executive vehicle, boot space that a standard sedan cannot match, and a cabin quiet enough to take the call before the meeting starts.
Reserving. Book once the flight is ticketed — earliest departures, Monday-morning outbound business traffic and holiday weeks are when the preferred vehicle classes fill first. Request your transfer online or speak to our team to lock in the detail.

Corporate and cross-state transportation via Newark
Newark is the practical choice for a large share of business travel in the region — close to the New Jersey corporate corridor, and a straight run into Midtown or Downtown once the crossing is behind you. That makes EWR the airport where a car arriving on time actually decides whether the first meeting of the day happens. Companies moving staff and visiting clients through Newark regularly can put those transfers on a standing arrangement through our corporate travel service.
Some days need more than a single transfer. Retaining an executive chauffeur, or holding a car by the hour, keeps one vehicle and one driver across a schedule that might start with a Newark arrival and end at an office on the far side of the river. Hotels coordinating guest arrivals can combine EWR pickups with hotel and VIP car service, and passengers flying into Newark to join a ship can continue on with our cruise port transfer service. Travelling through a different airport on the return leg? We also cover JFK and LaGuardia. Vehicle options are set out on the fleet page.
