Getting ready, and the first arrival
The morning is the part most couples under-plan. Hair and make-up overrun, and the dress takes longer to move than anyone expects. Cars are scheduled backwards from the ceremony time, with the bridal party lifted in the order they need to arrive — attendants first, the bride last, so nobody is standing outside a venue in formal wear waiting for the doors.
Ceremony to reception
The gap between the two is where a day either flows or stalls. Where the venues are separate, we plan the route in advance and hold the cars through the interval rather than releasing them, so the couple leave when the photographs are finished rather than when a driver becomes free.
Allowing for photography
Couples routinely want a stop between ceremony and reception — a park, a waterfront, a particular street. That stop needs its own slot in the schedule and a chauffeur who expects it. Tell us where you plan to shoot and we build the time in; the cars themselves photograph well and are frequently part of the shot.
The exit
Receptions overrun, and that is fine. Your chauffeur waits and the departure moves with the evening, so the last thing on your mind at midnight is transport.

The distinctive cars are single vehicles, not a class with spares — reserve early for the one you actually pictured.

Looking after guests and family
Guest shuttles are the single most appreciated thing a couple can arrange, and the most often forgotten. Running vehicles between the guest hotel and the venue means older relatives are not walking in heels or driving unfamiliar roads at night, and it removes the awkward question of who is staying sober to drive. Return runs matter as much as the outbound — guests leave in waves, not all at once.
Immediate family often need their own vehicle rather than a seat in a shuttle: a car that arrives at the door, waits, and has space for a walking frame or a change of shoes. Tell us who needs individual attention and it is assigned rather than improvised.
Guests flying in, and the honeymoon leg
Out-of-town family arriving the day before are usually your least-oriented guests. Collecting them from JFK, LaGuardia or Newark and delivering them to the hotel takes that off both their plate and yours — see our airport transfer service for how those bookings work. Guests staying on in the city afterwards can keep a car through hotel transportation, and a couple leaving on a honeymoon sailing can be driven to the ship via our cruise port transfers.
Discretion throughout
Chauffeurs are formally dressed and used to working around photographers, planners and venue staff. They are present when needed and invisible the rest of the time, which on a wedding day is exactly the right balance.
