ACTIVE — Curbside OK

Terminal 1 inside pickups and Terminal 5 plate rules are where most airport bookings go wrong.

Terminal 1 Pickup — Important Update

Curbside pickup is available at Terminal 1. However, for INSIDE pickup (meeting passengers inside the terminal), chauffeurs must use the Terminal 8 Red Lot parking and proceed to T1 from there. Plan accordingly.

T5 & TLC Plate Restrictions

Terminal 5 (JetBlue) — TLC-plated vehicles (yellow license) are NOT permitted for curbside pickup. Only pre-booked black car services with proper credentials allowed. Terminal 7 has LIMITED pre-booked parking only.

Terminal 8 Red Lot — T1 Inside Pickup

For chauffeurs needing to meet passengers INSIDE Terminal 1, park at T8 Red Lot. Allow 10-15 extra minutes.
