One booking, either direction. An airport transfer is a fixed, pre-arranged journey between an address and a terminal — booked in advance with a named chauffeur and an agreed vehicle, rather than found on arrival. Coming in, your chauffeur meets you after you clear the concourse and takes care of the bags. Going out, you are collected from home, office or hotel and set down at the departures level for your airline.

Who books it. Business travellers who cannot afford to miss a slot; families who would rather not wrestle cases and children through a rank; international visitors landing somewhere unfamiliar after a long flight, where being met by name matters more than anything else on the itinerary. Hotels arranging transport for arriving guests can run it through hotel and VIP car service, and companies moving staff regularly can put it on account via corporate travel.

Choosing the vehicle. The deciding factor is almost always luggage rather than seats. One or two travellers with cabin bags fit a sedan comfortably; a family arriving with a checked case each needs an SUV; a team or a tour group needs a van. Capacities for every class are listed on the fleet page.

Beyond the transfer. If the airport run is only one leg of the day, a car held by the hour covers the stops in between, and a visiting principal who wants one assigned driver throughout can book an executive chauffeur instead.
